Maintenance Team Member (2nd Shift)
BASIC FUNCTION:
Perform functions to ensure that all machinery, equipment, and structures are kept in good repair,
including installation, repair, troubleshooting, adjustment, and inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, and
electrical machinery and equipment. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and basic programming of
industrial PCs, PLCs, HMIs, and AC drives as needed. The severity of reported problems must be
assessed and when necessary, time frames for required repairs must be determined.
Complete preventive maintenance program tasks as scheduled and maintain the spare parts inventory.
Perform general shop and office repairs and construction as required. Develop and maintain cooperative
working relationships with production personnel to help identify possible maintenance concerns as early
as possible. Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner and continually strive to improve safety
conditions throughout the facility. Perform other related work as requested, required, or directed by
management.
Operations Team Member (3rd Shift)
BASIC FUNCTION:
Communicate and coordinate assignments with RAW 63/63 Team Leader and perform all functions of the following jobs as needed to maintain product flow and on time delivery: Saw Team Member, RAW 63/63 Team Member, RAW 160/160 Team Member, KFR 630 Team Member, Heat Treat Team Member, and Inspection Team Member. Complete project work associated with Lean Team activities and other initiatives. Perform other related work as requested, required or directed by supervision.
Heat Treat Team Member (3rd Shift)
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for ensuring that all heat treatment operations are carried out as required, to include: review of work orders for processing instructions; staging of product for loading into heat treatment furnaces; operation of trolley manipulator to move product in and out of heat treatment furnaces; knowledge of traceability requirements; heat treatment furnace startup, programming, and operation; monitoring of heat treatment furnaces during processing; monitoring of quench tank parameters; selection of processing parameters (cycle temperatures and times) when required; cycle confirmation and work order release upon completion of heat treatment. Perform other related work as requested, required, or directed by management.
