Maintenance Team Member (2nd Shift)

BASIC FUNCTION:
Perform functions to ensure that all machinery, equipment, and structures are kept in good repair,
including installation, repair, troubleshooting, adjustment, and inspection of mechanical, hydraulic, and
electrical machinery and equipment. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and basic programming of
industrial PCs, PLCs, HMIs, and AC drives as needed. The severity of reported problems must be
assessed and when necessary, time frames for required repairs must be determined.

Complete preventive maintenance program tasks as scheduled and maintain the spare parts inventory.
Perform general shop and office repairs and construction as required. Develop and maintain cooperative
working relationships with production personnel to help identify possible maintenance concerns as early
as possible. Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner and continually strive to improve safety
conditions throughout the facility. Perform other related work as requested, required, or directed by
management.

RAW / KFR Floating Team Member (2nd Shift) – Multiple Openings

BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for ensuring that all KFR 630, RAW 63/63, and RAW 160/160 operation functions are carried out as required, to include: review of job travelers for processing instructions; set up and operation of the preform press for each production order; operation of manipulator and other handling equipment for the transfer of work pieces at all stages of ring mill production; receipt and cutting of raw material; loading and operation of forge furnaces; operation of water spray descaler at ring mill; measurement of hot rolled ring and disk dimensions to ensure compliance with job traveler; staging of product for heat treatment after rolling; set up and operation of heat treat furnace(s); operation of shot blaster; final inspection of completed product and preparation for shipment; completion of routine preventive maintenance items and assistance with other equipment maintenance activities as needed. Maintain a safe work environment that is in accordance with safety training, policies, and procedures. Perform other related work as requested, required, or directed by supervision.
