McInnes Rolled Rings produces seamless rolled rings and disc forgings used across many industries.

What size range do you offer?
Seamless rolled rings: approximately 4" (100 mm) up to 144" (3,660 mm) outside diameter. Disc forgings are offered up to 70” Dia (1,778 mm).

Which materials do you work with?
Carbon, alloy, and stainless steels are commonly used for rolled rings and discs.

What industries and applications do you serve?
Typical applications include power generation, bearings and power transmission, oil & gas, aerospace, and other heavy industrial applications that require high-integrity forged rings.

What equipment do you have?
A Wagner 63/63 Radial Axial Ring Rolling Mill along with a supporting 1,200 ton Erie Press, a Wagner 160/160 Radial Axial Rolling Mill along with a 3,500 ton Erie Press, and a Wagner KFR 630 for smaller rings.
